    Overview:
         > Up until now, we've been led to believe that Nanako's brain will be used for a transplant into one of Dr. Ogami's projects.  In Volume 3, "The Last Spiral", we learn that Nanako's ultimate fate will be to "mother" clones for a seedy character named Mr. Griffith (who's no stranger to the Ogami family's scientific prowess).  Mr. Griffith plans to offer clones to the highest bidder, and for any purpose!  However, will the world's foremost cloning expert, Dr. Ogami, willingly go along with this evil plot?

         > Episode V involves Dr. Ogami's quest to get Nanako to Mr. Griffith's hidden base, which is in an unfriendly country.  It seems he has his own agenda.  They hijack a US military transport, and get attacked by the hostile country's air force along the way.  When the plane gets damaged and Dr. Ogami tells Nanako to lighten the ship drastically, there comes a point when the only thing left to throw overboard is Nanako (in her underwear -- LOL).

         > Episode VI is obviously the climax of the series.  Mr. Griffith is desperate to get his cloning business to be successful, after many failed attempts.  An agent from the Vatican, named Saint, is desperate to get a perfect clone of the "savior".  The US military wants an army of clones to wage war.  Will Dr. Ogami oblige and help Mr. Griffith, or will he complete his own agenda?  Of course, Nanako wants no part of the surgery that is about to be performed on her...

    Bottom Line:
         > A very interesting ending to this relatively short series (6 episodes).  They definitely left it open for a sequel, and it sure has the potential to continue.  At only 2 episodes per disc, the value is only acceptable.  Finally, we learn the real story behind Nanako...
