    Overview:
         > "The Honeymoon's Over" is the third volume of Please Teacher, which is one of my all time favorite anime series.  The adventures of Kei and Mizuho continue as they learn the intricacies of arguing and jealousy.  Since they were all lovey dovey in volume 2, now it's time for confusion, separation and turmoil...

         > Episode 8. "Long Night":  Yeah right, this isn't hentai.  Kei and Mizuho spend most of their time trying to make each other jealous in this episode.  Kei's classmate, Koishi, ends up professing her love for him during a late night meeting.  Meanwhile, Matagu intends to ask Mizuho out on a date, but is too nervous to pull the trigger during their late night meeting.  Of course, this leads to a lot of tension, jealousy and turmoil...

         > Episode 9. "Let's End It Now":  Ichigo wants to see Koishi happy, and she intends to help her get it on with Kei.  Ichigo tells Kei about her problem, which is the same problem that he has -- they both go into "stand-stills"!  Kei becomes determined to move forward, and ensure neither of them will have any more "stand-stills".  Naturally, this is a dangerous route... Come on now, two people that have the same obscure disease?

         > Episode 10. "But...":  Kei splits up with Mizuho in a vein effort to please Koishi, which will supposedly keep Ichigo and himself from going into "stand-stills".  Everything falls apart when Mizuho sees Kei about to kiss Koishi.  At that point, everyone realizes that Kei really loves Mizuho, their teacher!  The pressure builds as Kei goes into a "stand-still"...  There's a reason they say love conquers all.

    Bottom Line:
         > If this volume had 4 episodes (like vol.1), then I'd rate it 95%.  Even so, Please Teacher volume 3 continues the series in a predictable way, albeit enjoyable nonetheless.  The reason I rated this volume lower is because the animators reduced the fan service and I don't really like turmoil.  Anyway, top notch character designs, animation and voice acting are included once more.
    Rating:
    Overall: 85%
