> Start a game as normal and highlight
one of the following fighters at the Character Select screen: Andy, Billy,
Chris, Joe, Kyo, Mai, Robert, Ryo, Shermie, Terry, Yashiro, or Yuri.
While holding down the Start button, press X to select the
chosen character's alternate costume.

> Pause the game and press X+Y
simultaneously and the "Pause" message will disappear.

> Start a game as normal and highlight
Rugal at the Character Select screen. While holding down
the Start button, press X
to select him. You now have the supreme fighter!
