Gill. Next, go to the Character Select screen and press Up, Up
on Sean to get Gill.

Fighter III: W Impact | Play as Shin Gouki (Second Impact Only)
> Select arcade mode, don't lose
any rounds and get three perfects before you reach your last boss.
Gouki comes out and kills your particular final boss. Next, you have
to fight Gouki instead and you must defeat him in the second round with
a super finish. Gouki will then resurrect as Shin Gouki. If
you beat Shin Gouki you get to use him.
