     > Yeah, this is a PC to DC conversion.  And yes, it looks hot!  FYI, StarLancer is a sci-fi space shooter similar to Wing Commander (Sega CD) and Darklight Conflict (Saturn).  You pilot various spacecraft while dogfighting with the enemy, and taking part in numerous, multifaceted missions.  Thanks to your included DC modem, the option to play StarLancer online will be yours...

     > Are you excited about online play?  Good.  StarLancer has a cooperative mode where you can team with up to three buddies online.  When beginning, choose from twelve available spaceships, each with a variety of armament.  A single player online game pits up to eight space-aces against each other.

     > I've played the demo, and I must say, this game looks awesome!  You'll see sun flares, detailed capital ships, enormous explosions, and much more.  The control is standard space fare, complete with hyperspace jumps and confusing 3D radar.  The missions involve a little exploration, and a lot of dogfighting.  Overall, just what you'd expect from this type of game, only with Dreamcast quality...

FIRST IMPRESSION:
     > I really like the space/shooter genre.  I'd probably buy this game on its own merits -- once you include network play, my purchase is sealed...
Potential: 9+
