> Virtual-On Oratorio
Tangram (VOOT) is the sequel to the hit arcade/Sega Saturn game, Virtual-On.
Set in the far future as was its predecessor, robots titled, "Virtuaroids"
are used by companies to battle for control of major industrial plants
in order to strengthen strategic positions.
> Running on
2 Model 3 Step 2 boards, the graphics of this game are pure sweetness.
From the sparks of the weapon clashes, to the explosions, to the battlefield,
everything is detail, detail, and more detail. Although some of the character
designs have questionable balance, they each have advantages and disadvantages
to help equal out the fighting. Good thing there is not a character you
can use to win every time.
> The Dreamcast
version will feature all the graphics and gameplay of the arcade's version
5.4 update. If the conversion from arcade to the Dreamcast is flawless,
or even a bit off of flawless, prepare to be impressed. Considering
the fact it's a fighter, import fans should have an easy time with VOOT
once it arrives. |
