Fight/Fires:
Battle
the enemies and extinguish the fires to turn off the fences that block
your access to warps A and B.

Take
the A warp and save the #7 victim after extinguishing the fire around him.

Fight/Fires:
Extinguish
the 1F, then 2F fires while defeating the enemies, after taking the B warp.

#8:
Cruise
over to save the #8 victim.
|
 |
#9:
Hit
the C warp and save the #9 victim. "Area 3" is cleared, and you can
now enjoy 'I Just Smile', also from the game Burning Rangers.

Photon
Blast:
You're
done with the main quest. Never let a good PB go to waste.
