The Extra Mission is cleared, and you can now enjoy 'I Just Smile' (from Burning Rangers) once more.  Back at the Hunter's Guild, talk to Chris to complete the Quest.

On Pioneer 2, talk to the boy and he calls you a "BurningHunter".  If you haven't already received a 'Glory in the Past' (with the character you're using), then he will fork one over.

If you have a 'Glory in the Past', then talk to the Tekker, who should be near the Telepipe area.  If he's not there, then go down to Ragol and come back, after which he should be there.  He will give you a Mark3 baby mag in exchange for the 'Glory in the Past'.
