Step 1

Location: Prairie area
Directions: Transport to the Mammal area, take the cave to the Desert area, and take another cave to the Prairie area.
     > For convenience purposes, make sure you've already created all 4 Human body parts.  Now, the second time you visit the Prairie area, you'll be confronted by this nude Angel-babe.  Kill her.

Step 2

Location: Prairie area
Directions: Transport to the Mammal area, take the cave to the Desert area, and take another cave to the Prairie area.
     > After you kill the Angel-babe, this monument will appear with a skull on it.  Note: save your game here (or don't save after this step) if you don't want the game to end.  Use this monument to transport to the Seventh Cross Lab.

Step 3

Location: Seventh Cross Lab
Directions: Transport to the Mammal area, take the cave to the Desert area, take another cave to the Prairie area, and use the Skull monument to transport to the Seventh Cross Lab.
     > At the Seventh Cross lab you'll learn some more about the story line and something goes wrong...

Step 4

Location: doesn't matter
Directions: n/a
     > After the giant explosion, you'll be transported back to the Pond area in the Origin stage.  First, mutate into Man Legs so you can get around. Next, get enough nutrients to mutate into Man Arms, Man Head, and Man Body (in that order for quickest results).  Go to the Mammal area for lots of nutrients.

Step 5

Location: Mammal area
Directions: Just transport there from the Pond area cave.
     > After you've mutated into all four Man parts the woman will stop running away and she'll join you.  Next, pick up two dead creatures and the woman will give you a loin cloth.

Step 6

Location: Desert area
Directions: Take the cave from the Mammal area.
     > Kill the Mammoth Elephant.

Step 7

Location: n/a
Directions: n/a
     > Broil some Mammoth burgers and watch the credits roll...  C'mon NEC HE, make a sequel!
