Gun Peripheral | DREAMCAST
> There is a lot of confusion as to whether or not a gun controller will
be available to play House of the Dead 2 (Dreamcast) in America.
This is surely being fueled by the fact that Sega (alone) will not release
a gun here. However, based on numerous magazine reports, InterAct
is going to have their StarFire gun peripheral ready for purchase on or
about 9-9-1999 (in America). I see no reason why this gun (from InterAct)
would not work with House of the Dead 2 as it's the only Dreamcast
game that needs a gun.

> IGN's Official Sega Dreamcast Magazine has hit the US market. At
this time it's published bimonthly and every issue comes with a demo GD-ROM,
except this first issue which comes with a PC compatible disc. Issue
#1's disc has 29 Dreamcast videos so you can preview all the launch titles
and then some. The magazine is full of information, pictures, previews
and ads. Maybe now we'll get the same Sega Dreamcast coverage the
Japanese do... Look for it on newsstands and bookstores everywhere!
