     > People who pre-ordered their Dreamcast through Sega's online service and didn't receive the system on 9-9-99 will be getting a free copy of Sega's Model 3 wonder, Virtua Fighter 3tb.  At this time, October 20th is the expected release date of the American version which will include a Versus mode, unlike the Japanese version of last year.
