for PSO and PSOv2.
Beginning at the end of January, 2001, the US PSO servers were up for 2
years and 8 months. Thousands of players enjoyed thousands of hours
in the online realm Sonic Team created for Dreamcast.
> If you're jonesing to keep playing PSO online, then you'll have to switch
to Phantasy Star Online Episode I&II (PSOe2) on GameCube
or Xbox. While the
GC provides more online quests, the XB release features voice communication.
Overall, PSOe2 is approximately 50% larger in scope than PSOv2.
