> I needed an animated banner for people to display on their site so I
came up with the idea of a swirling galaxy. Next I had to figure
out how this was going to work. Well, it really isn't that complicated.
There are just enough frames of animation to convey the idea, yet maintain
a small file size. Once this was completed, I had a similar notion
for a Shin Force animated banner... ^_*
