> This banner is a take off on the Sega Force
02 iteration. I did use a nifty warping rotation effect with
an early version of Micrografx Picture Publisher I have. For those
that don't know, Sega Galaxy was a sub-site to Sega Force with premium
links to various Sega related sites around the www. Believe it or
not, at one time we could be choosy about the Sega sites we linked, as
there were plenty to pick from with varying degrees of quality...
