> Hello all you sports fans, and welcome to the next Sega Sports installment on the Microsoft Xbox. The next era of sports gaming has begun. If the this game is any thing like it predecessor on the Dreamcast, your in for a good time. The NFL 2K games on the Dreamcast were some of the most popular of their time. Now that their time has passed, lets see what the Xbox will have to offer for all you Sega fans. > Sega made great some of the greatest sports games of all time on the Sega Dreamcast, thanks largely to their built-in online capability. But the Dreamcast is dead and the legacy will be passed on to the next greatest system, the Xbox. With Sega's plan to stop console development and go to software only, the Xbox will make this game a classic with all sports games. Xbox will take this game to its limits with old and new features. Hopefully Microsoft gets their online network up and running for next year's iteration, NFL 2K3. > Anyway, this game is exactly like its Dreamcast counter part, only better. New play books, advanced in game effects with real time lighting, dual analog stick usage for control and special moves, new sideline animations, camera crews, and chain gangs. Up-to-date team attributes, uniforms, rosters, and stadiums for the 2001 NFL season. You will also be able to play the new expansion team the Houston Texans. This game is worth the wait. |
